@0x90: If the stats are staying for you, maybe you can give us a 'how-to' on it.
The trainer will changed the stats, but as soon as you enter a new battle- they reset.
maybe train it from the battle phase?

Oh haven't tested it before entering a battle, I'll put it on my todo list again and make some notes.

Hm yeah it resets on battle (or when entering a new area) but for any reason this only happened once. After setting the value again, I was able to enter four-five battles and the change stayed.

Can you confirm this?

I will try this tonight when i get home from work and let you know. if that is the case, the info could be added to the readme/instructions.

Ok, stats are still resetting for me, no matter how many times i input them, no matter how many battles.

So more notes- a quick way to see if your stats are sticking- go to character screen and take armor off and on.
stats will reset.

its almost as if there is the visual stats, and there is a stored stat. and the stored stat keeps over-writing the visual stat.

Okay thanks I'll keep taking a look on it.

Success. You may need to apply the stats a couple times, but they do eventually stay.
