I've been trying to kill this moron for a half hour and I don't know how to do it. I've gotten him down to almost no health and then a prompt appears that says terminate then I press E then a QTE starts I get the some prompts that I don't understand what I'm supposed to do and then of course I can't kill him.

The prompts you get are kick, punch, and dodge.
Kick is [RMB], Punch is [LMB] and dodge is [SPACE].
I don't remember the order you need to press them in, but you should be able to figure it out when you know what they are.

I just did alot of jumping around, and It pretty much told me what to do.

The combat system in this game does suck quite a bit.
