I know no amount of whining is going to help getting the trainer for this game to be updated any quicker, but I'm really dying to play the game with a trainer. I've bought the game a while ago and still waiting.
This game has been patched half a year ago! I thought a game that has received its last trainer 6 months ago would somewhat be prioritized over other games that has patches that are 1,2 days old, but apparently not. 6 months without a trainer is pretty much no different from the game being retired.
I decided to try the game without a trainer and as expected, I died horribly to the difficulty. I would realllllly appreciate it if the trainer for this game is soon updated.
I probably shouldn't whine like this, but seeing that the update is very overdue worries me a lot.

The version 1.4 is currently outdated, since the Steam version is already on 1.5.0. Can you please update this trainer?
N.B. I tried the 1.4 trainer on the game version 1.5 and the trainer keeps on crashing the game.

0x90, the patch for Version 1.5 was released on GoG (finally.....), is there a chance for an updated trainer for the GoG Version if somebody would provide the .exe?
(By the way, your PM inbox is full... you may want to delete some stuff there.)
EDIT: GoG released version 1.6.5 recently (writing this on Arpil 20th, 2014).

I don't own the steam version. The last time a user gave me access to this steam account so I downlaoded the game and then updated the trainer.
