IDK if matters but using the Ashes of Malmouth DLC
Any help??
bessacaio,
try running the 64-bit version from steam
Wasn't there a responce from a Dev if you cheating, the game would spawn special mobs to make sure you can't progress?
Some even cause the character to be non-playable too.
why would they care if you play offline?

I have yet to come across such a thing and I played hundreds of hours with trainer, cosmos, etc. It doesn't make sense either because if they were against it, they would not be allowing mods either since many mods are essentially cheats in fuction. Yet the devs have an entire section dedicated to mods on the company's forums for the game.
A couple of possiblities I can think of:
1) Due to a particular mod of if you have multiple mods, a conflict between said mods.
2)Using trainer with mod. Even if it works, it can produce strange results sometimes.
3)Running a bootleg copy of the game. Some devs (such as serious sam) do it as a form of "anti-piracy" measure.
