Metro LL game glitches out...

Regarding the Trainer (PATCH 05.14.2013), Remove HUD (without Ranger Mode), D....

I get to the bear boss and the game always glitches out using the trainer...the bear just refuses to die and crash through the timber...and the watchmen only attack it once...

Is there a way around this or a fix??
