Hey sk4tzm4n I had the same issue with the RUSE trainer as well. So I did the same disabled AV and FW but no luck. So gave up and then I went to play Fallout New Vegas and the same thing happened with that trainer as well. The funny thing is that other trainers worked fine these two just crashed. So I systematically terminated all the TSR apps from my taskbar and notifications area until it worked. So it turns out for me it was then MSI afterburner apps (on screen display server and core app) that was causing my trainers to fail when authenticating. As soon as killed MSI afterburner it worked straight away. I then turned it on and it crashed so I had the problem app verified.
Unfortunately you'll have to kill each app till you find what is causing the trainer not to work for you. Chances are it may be something unique to your machine. I've never had an issue with CH trainers so I thought it was odd that it just stopped working. The troubleshooting forums are always helpful and a good start.

I was using the last released trainer for RUSE and using Win7. But I even tried some of the older versions and they wouldnt start either. So I downloaded the offline key and that didnt work either so I knew something wasnt right. After I realized that it was MSI afterburner that was causing it was relieved to find the culprit.

Having the same problem as well. Similar to your listed setup. After looking and trying out a few things on the trainer troubleshoot page, all have failed so its probably something else. Hopefully someone can take a look at this.
