Alright, I've done everything that's written here. The console is up and working, one problem though, when I put a cheat, it says that sever must put +set cheats one. How do I fix this problem?

I've used +set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set
thereisnomonkey 1 and a couple variations..
The cheats do not work.
Whats the trick here?
