@EmpireBattles: Is there any error message? Could you please post information about your AV, OS, 32 or 64bit.
Does it happens on ALL of MY trainers?

I redownloaded it and still it just seems to do nothing. I'm on Windows 7 as I said. I load up the trainer, where it says "Press okay to start", load up Reus, get into an actual game then alt-tab and hit ok then it disappears entirely. It never progresses to the actual trainer stage. Just the initial prompt box.

You have some AV, firewall or other security software killing the process when it tries to execute. Could also be a lack right clicking and run as admin on the trainer.

I checked my AV and it was set to ignore it entirely and my firewall isn't the problem either, it has similar instructions. I have used many trainers off here before and I regularly use one for a different game. They all go straight to the trainer stage, this is the first one with a prompt before it works.

@felldian - this trainer uses a different security template than all others. COMPLETELY UNINSTALL ALL AV, FIREWALL AND OTHER SECURITY SOFTWARE. Something on your end is blocking it and until you figure out what it is, we cannot help you any further.

Hot damn, it was my protection. I have no idea why it was blocking it but it works now. The trainer is solid, thanks guys!
