You don't want the game detecting you cheat? Stop cheating.
Or maybe write the developers of the game an email they should probably better spend their resources on making a great game instead of detecting cheats in single player mode and annoy their customers with it.

If Anyone still wondering what cheats detection does.

it does not ban you from multiplayer or any VAC Banning

It basically disable leaderboard, unlock item/level.

That's according to the developer are saying from the forum, but does it really upload all the data to the developer? that I don't know

I would highly suggest like what Wizard are saying, disable internet first

And Try to play the game legitly first, unlock everything without cheats, then when go back and cheats to your heart desire

trainer doesn't work ?

after updated Feb 03 ,2014,the trainer does not work such as "4 no reload"

none of the options work for me to bad
