It happens if your Anti-virus deletes them which it does alot, you have to disable it before downloading. And possibly try another browser ALSO.

Confirmed unable to download trainer link at all:
Internet Explorer:
When the download popup appears, the link redirects to the homepage.
Firefox:
When the download popup appears, the link redirects to itself (same popup) without downloading the file.
Chrome:
Same behavior as Firefox
