Windows 8 user and got a problem with opening a *.tmp file?
Right click on the file and select 'run as admin'

Hello,
I tried your trainer and there is no .H file in the save game folder or anywhere in any folder in the game. I went to C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Theme Hospital\SAVE. Yes I did save a game but all that's there is HISCORE.DAT. I can see 2 saved games in the game but the folder just has hiscore.dat nothing else.

If you save a game, a file is being created inside of your SAVE folder in the game directory. Savegames are stored as:

*Your ingame name*.H*Slot of savegame*

Example:

test.H1

If you can not find the savegame, try using windows search.

C:\Users\(windows log in name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Theme Hospital\SAVE

Will there be a trainer/editor for the Origin version? It was their latest On the House game.

Because it is a savegame editor it should work through all versions and through all sources of the game unless the developers decide to change the savegame structure depending on the source which I doubt.
