Issue with opening the trainers

I cannot open any of the trainers except the latest... DUNGEON SIEGE 3 TRAINER (PATCH 08.13.2012). none of the rest open up properly. I can download and run the program however it crashes on the authentication. I got the offline authentication key and placed it into the directory as the directions state and it does not help. I don't know what is going on. Anyone else having this trouble or know of a solution?
