As of today steam/relic/sega whoever, removed the executable and some other files from steam, so that means you cant play it anymore , till the Open beta arrives, the lucky ones that made a backup before this happend still can play the closed beta, but not online with other players, i dont know if you still can play the private online part though, i cant test it because i didnt backed up the steam files.

But if you go directly to your steam account in steam itself then look at company of heroes 2 you still will see this
