Okay..I can't get it to check activate only sweden money will activate and that changes between 0 and new number. I have version 1.2 and v 1.0 will this make a difference? I also created a table with your values to my .exe and I can't get the values to activate - HELP PLEASE

Run the table i providet with CE

Run Imp 2

Alt-tab out, and load up the Imp2 exe in CE

Change the resource/money you want


Thats it, if you can't get it to work, you're doing something wrong, i just checked and it worked 100 %

Okay..when you open in CE how do you? Open process, open file or attach debugger. Do you open the .exe from the CE process list? Thanks for your replies and help.

Open process in CE --> Imperialism II.exe

and then you just edit the stuff

I ran your CT, ran game, alt out opened CT and clicked "open" selected imp.exe. It asked if I want to keep list - I clicked yes. The resources and monies listed I can not change the values or click the activate check mark.

im not really an expert on CE, my best guess is something is interfering/blocking change


does the table show the values to that of in-game, or does it just show ''??'' in the value tab, if the latter, i would indeed say something is blocking acces

also, you can ignore the active tab, i never touched that, and it works fine for me

However, if I open the .exe file without running the game I see numbers. When I try saving it does, however it reverts back to ?? When I try running it.

If I manually try to right click address and go to change record it will not even open the values to edit.. I'm totally lost here. This game is great but cheat makes it even better to play.

Does difficulty level matter or country playing?
