does anyone know how to skip chapter 13? my computer keeps doing that glitching thing with the harpoons.

If you are stuck on the snow monster and can't kill him and he just pulls away from the harpoons and they are still there as if hooked into the creature. Then you need to reduce all your graphics settings down to low and put it into windowed mode. This has worked for me and many others.
