Try Researching in North Africa, Cuba, and Australia. When you send your minions there to get the technology make sure you sent more minions than required (more valets and guards) that way you will reduce the time needed and protect you minions. Also click on the agents on your island noice they show there alliance pic and a doomsday pic also. simply capture and interogate tham (there will be 3 groups of them. After that just do simple aoi's to gain 200 noterity.
