The message boards aren't a business...they are a community. And, as a part of any community there are rules to be followed. These are stated in the ToS and all users must abide by them, whether they are paying customers or not. Also, I'm not sure how it works in AU, but in the U.S. a business has a responsibility to ensure that the customers and staff are not harassed or abused by other customers. Hence the right for the business to boot said customer. Its better to lose one customer's pay than to forfeit many customers' money...just something to keep in mind while you rant.
