    yeh ok mate... if that what you think then maybe you should reconsisder your position as a moderator...i mean no offence, iv read many things you said to other member, & i dont agree with everything you said..

    i dont no how you run your business. but the way i run it, i dont agree payment from the customer are very important, with out that CH will not workout...

    like i said. my comment was mean no harm to any other member, was i violate the forum rules? if i do i regret it & i apologise..

    and i would like and apology from you aswell, for telling me to watch my manner, you could have rather ask me to not do it again or help me calm down ( if you think i was agry, but i wasnt ) & maybe answer the question.. and that is a good customer service..

    it has done you nor me any g00d,for you to be try to break brick with brick, if i were you as a morderlator, i would rather be the water to catch that brick & and will not throw it back..

    i do not wish to start a fight with anybody, nor internet bullieing, all im doing is nothing but express my feeling of how i or some other member should be treated....

    The message boards aren't a business...they are a community. And, as a part of any community there are rules to be followed. These are stated in the ToS and all users must abide by them, whether they are paying customers or not. Also, I'm not sure how it works in AU, but in the U.S. a business has a responsibility to ensure that the customers and staff are not harassed or abused by other customers. Hence the right for the business to boot said customer. Its better to lose one customer's pay than to forfeit many customers' money...just something to keep in mind while you rant.

    i understand what you trying to say.. & i have nothing againts the rules.. what im trying to do is get along with everybody everyday.... but i do not like what the other guy have to say as a staff..

    i dont no how things are in his country, but here in Australia people still nice to each other. they know how to talk in a nice manner as a staff to a customer.. but anyway like i said in my other post, it wasnt meant to hurt anybody...

    staff should be protect from customer abuse and so should a CUSTOMER be protect from a abusive STAFF...it call = vaule of trade...we CARE for customer more over here, i stand my ground for what i said, i have apologise for it,

    this has NOTHING to do with you wrythe1985, have you EVER run a business b4?? i am runing successfull business useing my methos, & it better to lose NONE of the customer by being nice FIRST & get to the point.. rather than telling the customer to watch his mouth..

    dont Rant your mouth WRYTHE1985 and think you know about business, so your Amrican are selfish, is that what you saying???

    you keep saying that you mean no offense, but then go on and post offensive and insulting things about Neo7, Wrythe1985, and somehow you managed to insult an entire country.

    Neo7 was in no way abusive towards you and gave you a friendly warning to mind your manners after you said "yeah yeah yeah yeah bah bah bah bah f.u to all who dislike my comment... i couldn't care less..."

    He is doing his job as a moderator, which is to enforce the forum rules, not to keep you happy.

    several of your posts on this thread have been reported by other members, so consider this your 2nd warning. I suggest you read the forum rules(Link) & the forum etiquette section(Link) of the mega sticky before you make another post on the message boards.
