There was a update yesterday but the trainer came out after that so it should still have been compatible with the new version of the game but now there's been a second update, unsure what it fixes.
EDIT: Going through the updated files there's something about a DLC, I assume this is in preparation to the Siberian Strike DLC which was announced yesterday.

Yeah another update was released, and again I don't see any changes posted so I don't know what was patched this time.

I'm out of town so this one will have to wait a day or two. Game will probably patch 5 more times in the meantime anyways.
