Your not alone.. I got Permanent ban for it and have sense contacted Assivision and geyarch to no avail.. it's like a scam . in the ban text on their site is says "All infractions undergo a thorough review process by the Treyarch security team before enforcement, and penalty is not subject to further review. which is BS they couldn't have reviewed it .. I was in a private game with my wife and a friend. not gaining any rank nor effecting any other players and BAM the ban hammer sucked over 100 bucks worth of software.. I am starting to think its a Scam. and this was us vs the AI (zombies) I am thinking what? did the zombies complain?

I used the Zombie trainer a couple of times in Solo play and have just found out today that I have been given a permanent ban even though I did know the risk and used the trainer anyway. I have emailed Activision to see if I could appeal against it so I'll just wait and see.
I'm hoping for good news here.

You appealed against Activision? How do I contact them? Because as a consumer, especially after I purchased BO2 retail copy ...I, like most of you all, have the right to play and/or if nessecary, cheat in solo play mode.
It makes sense, right? We bought the game, we own the game, and now...we can cheat in single player on the game, ESPECIALLY in Zombies mode!

Same boat. Us cheating, keep solo play as a separate leader board. If leader boards are that important to people, make them pay to use it, like CoD:Elite for the egotistical bastards. Instead, we want to play the way we want to play. My reason for using the trainer, is to progress through tranzit and get all the buildables built to see how cool it is/was, now it's just not legit anymore. F*** treyarch.
