Hi,has anybody managed to kill the alpha ceph if so how please.

Ok..
This is how, use your visor to see the 3 weak spots.
Blast your way at a weak spot, there is plenty of weapons that will do it.
Use Alien Weaponry as its ammo is tied to your energy amount, and if you keep your energy stocked up you can do a nice amount of damage.
When you damage one weak spot he runs off, and then you got a wave of mobs come in, use convential weapons on them and try not to use the energy silos as you will need them against the Alpha Ceph.
Once the wave is dead, the AC will come back and you repeat on another spot, etc.
