DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED
Is anyone else getting this error? It happens at random. I checked my graphics card and everything seems fine with it. Other games run fine. Is there something I can do to fix this?

That usually happens when a card has been overclocked too much.
EDIT:
Should go into more detail.
This message happens when the driver fails, as said usually more so with overclocking too much, but it can also mean a problem with the windows libraries either with the drivers themselves or a problem with DirectX10/11.

I haven't overclocked my card at all. It's running at factory settings. Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 - 1.2GB - EVGA. I think it's superclocked out of the box but I haven't overclocked anything. I updated all my drivers and I'm still getting it.

As said it can be a number of things and was just stipulating the most common reason incase that was indeed your problem.
Have you tried to reinstall DirectX itself, using microsofts web-installer or from some media?
And it only happens with specific games? Does it happen when your not playing also?

It only happens in Crysis 3. Battlefield 3 Crysis 2 and everything else I play all run fine. I will try to reinstall DirectX and see if that helps. I also just checked other websites and it seems I'm not the only one having this issue. Maybe it's a driver issue?

Yeah it can be a driver issue, usually best thing to do with drivers is not to update them, but to uninstall then install latest version that way everything is clean.
Out of curiosity do you have Origins' message system (about achievements etc) running while playing? Seeing as you are having problems with titles that are EA based.
