I am trying to get a saitek cyborg rumble pad which is basically a xbox 360 controller to work with

Cant get controller to work

I am trying to get a saitek cyborg rumble pad which is basically a xbox 360 controller to work with deadspace 3. the game recognizes the pad but when i enable it the screen is stuck in the top left corner and i cannot move it.
