So, nobody has posted here since Dec/2014...does that imply the trainers are working? It's now Mar 29/2015 & I can't get either game trainer to work. I get "trainer activated" but as soon as I load a game it closes out to Windows. I've unpacked into the game folder, run both trainer and game as admin. Same result on both games. Since Steam now keeps all games current automatically, I have to assume I'm playing the most recent version of the game. I've also tried downloading each of the older trainers, but same result with them too. I'm 65, hand-eye coordination ain't what it used to be. Can't play this game without a trainer. Any help or advice on what else I can try? Thanks!

I'm with Pritchard on this one. This game hasn't been updated in a while now. I think it's safe to update the trainer without worry about it becoming obsolete anytime soon. I'd love to see this come back as well. Just want a quick playthrough without the grinding.

Game crashes to the desktop whenever I activate the trainer. Here's hoping for an update.

Hello! Right now, the latest product version is 1.00 and the file version is 1.0.0.0. for both Y's 1 and 2.

It seems, on Steam, the latest patch of the game, which introduced the new trading cards for the game and fixed some problems with character movement on some gaming controllers.

This new trainer doesn't crash the game however I am trying to use the updated trainer with Ys 2 and Mr. Adol drops dead whenever I try to give him experience points.

Short Request for GoG Version of trainer for all the Ys's Please. None of the trainers here work, and yes tested everything..

Hi. Have thee games been updated since latest trainer release? the trainer activates and options say "activated" without a crash but no options are doing anything. I still die, my gold won't increase and my exp stays same. This is the case for both Ys I and Ys II trainers.

Trainer and games are run as admin, exceptions set for Baidu AV and MBAM Premium. Trainers added as exception as both inbound and outbound in firewall.

EDIT: I discovered the problem and fixed it. Even though the trainers are set as exceptions in Baidu/MBAM the real-time protection was blocking the features. By disabling the real-time protection on both programs the trainers are now working fine again.

Rather than deleting this post I thought I would update the fix incase other members of the CH community have the same issue.
