In the old days of MM gaming there were Saved Game Editors.

There was a trainer Elrond's MM6 editor that was on the internet. You could edit your group any way you wanted.

Yes - I used to play with an M&MVI Character Editor (still have it on a storage CD) that also allowed you to fully equip your party and, for the record, I am also 60 years old and an old, disabled Nam vet.

The character editor worked great on the original game, but I can't get it working properly on the GOG version - everything goes as it should until I exit the editor and return to the game at which time all my editing fails to show up in game.

Was it Elrod's Might and Magic Editor check your path I have it too and it does work on the GOG version.

The path needs to change I am 60 also and it took me a long time to figure it out.

There is a way to set the path I am sure you can do it. I only wished I had remembered how I did it.
