It's on hold because I won't be added more options to it and won't change the way the options work. The games are just thrown into one big collection but no further work was done. For many of them it's ridiculous work to get them into window mode or getting alt+tab to work. Most of the time they crash, it doesn't work, or they are changing desktop resolution to 800x600 where I can barely work with. Window mode or alt+tab is necessary to work on these games.

With that said, the status "on hold" will not change (unless EA make these games to work on modern machines properly, but this won't happen, so...)
