unless someone has said otherwise yes? i dont have access to northpoint and zodiac yet. so i can not confirm or deny that it works.

The latest trainer [V2.0] works fine in Zodiac Tournament. That said, it will go by in a matter of minutes if you use the Weak Enemies option.
A further note about Zodiac Tournament if you're stupid like me: Look for a single orange fist in the east north east section of Central. See this link for the exact location: Link
As for Nightmare in North Point: It's a little more complicated. From my testing, unlimited health doesn't work unless I run a fresh instance of the game from Steam, and Weak Enemies can crash the game, especially while facing the vampire-like enemies.
