Hey Cal and Pwiz,
Just want to start by saying Thank You Both for all you do. I have a question off of Cal's last comment on the trainer post. I use to buy my games threw D2D and switched back to buying from STEAM, who I hate to support. I did this because Pwiz told me in cases where the developer made multiple games, you would always make the STEAM version, not others. I understand the drama that goes with this, so I am not trying to bust your chops. I just want to know so I can stop buying from STEAM if this is not the case anymore.
Thank You, SC

we usually buy from steam. if it is an origin game only then we buy it from there instead. sometimes we are forced to purchase the game from other sources and we 'try' to accomodate multiple versions if we are able. however, it's these multiple versions that cause the problems when we had to update to windows 8 older trainers from years ago.. some of them weren't installed any longer and/or the notes for these games and trainers were old and in some cases the trainers could not be recompiled after the fact. it's just a stupid api fluke that the developers of windows 8 decided to change a few api calls and we use ONE of these in our trainers and it had to be changed in the programming and recompiled. some games like batman have 4 versions or more. we simply can't go back and recompile all these trainers, sorry.
best, Cal
