Can anyone tell me when you beat the last mission or whatever do you start the game over with all your weapons and items or start somewhere with all your items and weapons like a new game+. Or do you just finish the game that is it, they allow you to roam the map with nothing else?

you carry on with everything you have so you can finish all the side missions .
