I downloaded STORMRISE TRAINER (GFWL 3.0) and there is no trainer in zip folder but only read-me note. whats up with that?

also, I downloaded non GFWL verison trainer and run the program and said Stormrise trainer has stopped working as soon as i start it. im using window 8
