This has nothing to do with the trainer but maybe someone can help. I can't get past the first "skills" screen where it says I have to skill points. How do I select the skill I want or exit the screen? All I see is "View the tattoo" or "View the tutorial". There is no indication how to select a skill and get back to the game.

It is frustrating...you must keep right clicking on the skill until it opens. Seems like when the icon turns blue you can activate it.
