i cant start the latest patch cuz it says its corupted by a trainer or a cheat.

Verify the Integrity of the Game Cache via Steam, then try again.

Check the other postings for the work arounds. As long as you're paying attention you'll get your enjoyment from the game. Don't forget to select the "/ OPTIONS OFF" before entering battles or ending a turn. It will CTD if you don't.
