Far Cry 3 Message Board  

Came to this game late... Read through the thread and someone said he thought the game was "boring". After playing through it I almost have to agree. You "liberate" 32 outposts only to hear the same tire dialogue after ever cutscene. It got real weak, real fast. I know three years is a lifetime in game development but I enjoyed "Wolfenstein: The New Order" far more than this thing. I loved FC1 and FC2, but I personally was glad when this slog was over.

I'm tired of climing radio towers, tired of puzzling out relics and letters... tired of being eaten and ambushed by EVERTHING on this friggen island. I will NOT be playing FC4 if its more of the same of this.

Trainer is working fine for me but the max Precission option doesnt work...

Downloaded latest FC3 trainer today and my Kaspersky reported a Trojan warning. I scanned it online and 4 other scanners reported that the file contained a Trojan - Malwarebytes deleted it immediately. Can you confirm that this trainer is safe. I have been downloading Trainers for over 7 years, never had a problem.

Yeah, it's safe, that's just a false positive. I'm still playing the game.

I just ran my copy of the trainer and it didn't run properly. Does this trainer have issues with Windows 10 and Directx12?

I have attached pictures of what happens when I run my trainer.

trainer no longer runs, when you try starting the trainer it wants you to choose a program to run it, possible needs updated to the new windows 10 formatting

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Please note that some security products may still block access to trainer injection even when disabled and must be completely uninstalled. If this is the case, please contact the product vendor for instruction on the proper way to prevent the trainers from being blocked by their software or find a better alternative.

Extract trainer and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software that may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Click and select "Run as Administrator", read the instructions and try again.
