Holy mama of salmon nerps, looks like i spoke too soon. It played perfect for about a hour last night, but this morning same issue as yesterday.

Seems they are having online problems with the Uplay thing anyway everytime i hit esc the game would go wonky so just unticked the online option in the uplay thing.Works fine now except for some funny graphics think I need to play around with the settings a bit more since no new drivers from Nvidia.

There is a hash like tab in the uplay thing that lets you play in offline mode

Man Im not sure what is going on with this game. , followed squire calibers advice to the letter, lodged a support ticket with ubisoft now. Spose I better sit in the corner and suck my thumb

I tell you what's really weird is that it says if you have a faulty disk to ring them first before returning to retailer at $2.48 a minute they have got to be kidding.lol

Finally it seems like I've found some solace here. I spoke to a mate of mine back in Ireland. He's knows a few guys running the Steam edition of farcry 3. Now I had my install on a storage drive, ie: a drive without an OS. Now I moved my install to the ssd os drive and the game has now clocked something like 6hrs without a crash. Ch peeps, has anyone any idea why this would happen? in advance!
