you are using the trainer, right? with intuition refill the competition is a piece of cake, really. i suck at shooting and scored 997. you have to hit the head for 20 points. you can even refill during x-point. just mess with it, it's really easy.

There is a different route you can take which makes the mission last like... 3 minutes.

I did it without even doing the target shooting. Easy!

Go far right, you see two policers, one shooting. Look at them and turn around, lower left next to sofa you see a vent, crawl through, exit and wait at wall, man comes in wait for him to stop, subdue him. Get his note, open safe behind, get key, crawl back through and keep left. Sabotage the lights and walk up left side, shop keeper goes other side, unlock grab turn around leave, done.

When all is said and done about this really awesome game, #47 sure does have one big set of "ballers" in my book
