A trainer would be nice, but is not happening. Just use the in-game console cheats. They accomplish nearly everything you would want from a trainer.
That is the smartest thing I have ever heard anyone say about anything.

You are correct about in the in-game cheats. but that takes time. Still, it would be nice within a press of a button.
