Call of Duty: Black Ops II Message Board  

Not sure if this is from trainer or not. At the beginning of the mission. You are to mount the SAM and kill drones. The SAM will not LOCK onto any targets. And the SAM has ZERO effect on the drones. You get killed after a few strikes from the drones. I can not get passed this level with the trainer activated, nor with the trainer off not loaded at all. I hope that the save is not corrupted now. I would have to start all over again. Several hours of playing down the tubes. Please let me know if anyone has passed this point yet in the game.

I read that....Weird thing is, if I close trainer down and close down the game. I reopen ONLY the game and resume mission, restart mission and still it won't lock. Does this mean my save is hosed? Anyway to get around this?

try validating your game files, if that doesn't work, start over from scratch. if you still have that problem, delete and reinstall the game

Before you restart the campaign from scratch, you could also try "Replay Mission", then use "Rewind Story".
