I started BL2 using the Trainer and played for awhile. I then wanted to use a feature of the Editor (jump height), and started it. I was concerned that pressing F1 would somehow create a conflict between the two, but that didn't happen. In fact, I didn't encounter any problems after playing for awhile longer with both enabled.
Was I just lucky, or has anyone encountered any problems or conflicts running both at the same time?
Thanks, Ax

It happened to me before. Have you tried using trainer options after activating the editor?
For me, after activating the editor, the next trainer options can't be activated. Some toggle-able options (before activating editor) stays but can't be turned off. The "activated" sounds still there, but no result.
Ever since then, I activate the editor before the trainer if I wanna use them both.

I am very concerned about freezes and crashes.
If I'm using the Trainer, I pretty much set the options I want at the start of play and don't normally change or add any.
But you may be right about the Editor disabling some or all of the function keys for the Trainer options if the Editor is started after the Trainer. However, that wouldn't normally concern me very much as long as the Trainer options continued to function, even if I was unable to toggle them, and the game didn't freeze and crash.
If that is how it works normally, then I might prefer to start the Trainer before starting the Editor.
I would be interested in any information/thoughts from others.
Thanks, Ax

I have used both at once before, and I do not recall any downside for doing so. Granted, I only use limited features both from trainer and editor, and I seldom turn them on, so I might be overlooking something.
I usually load trainer first, but loading editor first does not seem to change anything.

I run both. I start both before the game leaving the editor at the "click to start program" message box. As the Character Select screen comes up I hit F1 for the Trainer then enter the game. Alt+Tab to desktop and start the Editor, then go back to game screen. F1 for editor, then cycle through my inventory and badass menus. Alt+Tab back to desktop to enable the Player Count and Jump Height and make sure everything is looking right. Then I Alt+Tab back to the game and start enabling the Trainer options (i don't usually enable Health, and if I have a good Bee shield I don't enable shields either).
I have not had a crash Just because of this. The game has crashed a couple of times, maybe 3 times since release, but I would not attribute those crashes to using both the trainer and editor together.
