The originals (PKGOD) and the (sv_cheat_godmode_1) as in Redemption do not either. Actually, you don't really need them for the most part. I find ammo is the hardest thing to find enough of. You do have to make each shot count.

well found a trainer for it from another site. Pretty simple trainer. Inf Health, Inf Shields, Unl Ammo and Instant demon sight.

Work fine for v1.0 +4 trainer.

I tried console codes...nothing work.
