Having found 1 of each early on, just wondering how many people have found, and where. Its difficult to go exploring being chased by zombles, i found a health bonus behind a fence, and a stamina in a secret chamber hidden under a moveable box.

There are two of each on the game. I don't remember exactly where, the first health upgrade in on the sewers, you have to go right to progress on the first stucked elevator, but if you go left on the moving platform, you'll see the upgrade.
