Hello All
I have been hearing rumors of Rare Yellow Weapons? Is it true? Where do we find those?
What about e-Weapons, where are those? The Gold Chest?
I have seen the yellow on one of the save games here. are those it?
Thanks

Equipment rarity is as follows:
White (common) < Green (uncommon) < Blue (rare) > Purple (very rare) > Gold (legendary, rarest) > Pink (epic, DLC only).
Common enemies have a chance to drop white, green, blue and purple. Bosses (and mini-bosses) have a chance to drop gold gear. Pink gear can only be purchased from the Seraph Crystal NPC in the Pirate DLC.
The golden chest in sanctuary only drops randomly generated purple gear (and sometimes blue relics).
E-weapons (or E-tech) are special weapons that function a bit differently than normal. Most E-tech guns are purple, and are quite rare. They differ from normal guns in that they don't shoot bullets, they shoot energy. An E-tech sniper rifle fires a visible laser trail, and will usually ricochet off surfaces.
Basically kill lots of bosses and you'll probably get some legendary gear.

There are also black weapons but those can only be made with very specific hacks in the save game editor.

The actual rarity, according to the game and it's guide is, by rarity.
White Green Blue Purple Magenta (e-tech) Orange (Legendary) Sereph (pink, DLC1 items)
Items with red text in their information are considered 'Unique' items. They can be Blue or higher.
Oh there are the black weapons that were mentioned but those are not legit. they are hacked/modded weapons that i don't recommend using online.
