i found solution that will allow to still having fun with CH trainers, all you need to do it to roll

Rollback or not, i've tried the 2 last versions of the trainer. I can get the main activation on the main menu (F1), but inside game the options don't enable (no sound, no effect).

I just reinstalled the game, tested the trainer and it works..
