PWizard.. Go enjoy yourself with your family... if other people are too intentionally dense to understand that if something doesn't work .. it will eventually be fixed or not.. whining like little spoilt brats isn't going to make the process go faster just slower. The money option didn't work for myself at first but I simply shrugged it off and have waited patiently knowing that someone will address the issue and people have. Even if I can't get it to work that's beside the point.. Oi! you snivelling twits out there.. stop spamming boards in the hope that someone will do something the second you demand it.. you don't have that right. Or you can go ahead and spam these boards in the hope that you'll magically have a fix uploaded but in retrospect you'll probably find as PWizard has originally stated CH will probably retire the game and move on.

Enough said I think.

oh and P.S.. to the spoilt little brats out there.. you guys n gals seriously need to take a chill pill.

Instead of outright banning em, can't you like, just shut off their posting privleges? That means when stuff happens, stuff happens!


I mean, Pwizard allready retired one game due to someone mouthing off, and then here people are acting like the planet will explode because a single cheat isn't working.

Pwizard, Keep up the damned amazing work, and ignore people like that.

@PWizard Let me preface this by saying I truly appreciate the work you do and I know you work your butt off just so we can enjoy our games more. I also can tell you're very stressed and frustrated and have been for a while. I would highly recommend hiring a community manager or even getting volunteers to act as your middleman. This will cut down your stress levels majorly and allow you to enjoy your vacation time.

Get someone who will read through the posts, congregate information for you, and filter people's comments. Then all you're looking at is a list of requested features for trainers, popularity of certain games, etc.

As I said, I can tell you're really stressed and frustrated with your customers, but lashing out at them is never good for business. The vocal ones who have paid and are active in your community, whether you like them or not, are the ones who are going to either bring you more customers or say look elsewhere.

Does that mean you should bend over backwards to appease everyone? Hell no. It just means that sometimes you have to let people whine at the wind and ignore them. Or get someone else who is an endless sea of patience to manage the community so you don't have to.

Community relationship can make or break a company, and the only reason I say anything at all is I want you to have MORE happy customers like myself, not less.

I'd say that the only thing you can do with ignorants is IGNORE them ! Anyway guys thank you all for all the amazing work you do and I hope that we'll meet again even after December 21st

Look Chris, I appreciate your efforts and you provide great service. But seriously: GO ENJOY YOUR VACATION!

I love XCOM, I love your cheats (lifetime member) but its only a game. I was happy to wait until you got back to see the cheat fixed and I was happy for you to get away. Please go have fun and enjoy your family time, that's the greatest game of all and there is no cheat, savegame or reset for it.

BTW - Your dedication to your site and service are amazing, I won't forget that, but I hope you didn't read this until you got back home

I for one, wish to thank PWizard and all the other programmers for their Time, Continued Help, and Support on behalf of us Game Players.
Maybe everyone should think about the Time we were Saved by using your Trainers, how endless Re-Do/Load Save parts of some games,
gave us such a Headache, Untill you gave us the ability to pass thru Hours of needless replay.
So i say, take your Well Earned Time Off, It is only Fair PayBack for the numerous hours you have saved us.
