Their trainers have always worked for me, if they dont work people just whine on the forums here because they dont even know how to disable AV or TRY to make it work. Their "service" doesnt get better from k1fry67 calling them "whiners", comparing their trainers to a physical product is just lame. They are not a big corp and im pretty sure that if they get alot of people here that is starting the hate train because of the users inexperience with computers they will just stop making the trainers.

If something doesnt work....LEARN...then FIX the problem.
Crying about something never fixes it.

Great work as always guys !!! like many have already stated the whiners are probably the vocal minority in this case!!

IMO add a sort of a HIGH FIVE or +1 button to the trainers themselves that we can just click to let you know we are happy with it !!!

Nothing but love, admiration and respect from Norway! Keep up the good work, but for **** sake take a break now and then, you guys deserve it!

Any piece of equipment your life depends upon was made by the lowest bidder.
