I found one way to open up the console:

Open up the console by mashing ~ as the game is launching. Before the window even appears.

Keep in mind, once u close the console, u wont be able to open it up again.

Some cheats that might work:

God = godmode
MaxItems = Max Out Items, Ammo, and Upgrades
giveplayeritem DisTweaks_WepCrossbow'Twk_Inv_PlayerSpecific.Twk_Inv_CrossbowCorvo = gives the crossbow, so u might be able to use the crossbow while still in the prison in the first mission.

Also if u look in this folder: F:\games\Dishonored\DishonoredGame\Config
Then open up the file: DefaultDebugMenu

It will list the cheats that are able to be used.
Atleast thats what it seems like, havent tested it yet.
Let me know if it works, ill test it myself later on, and update this, if noneone else tested it yet.

it didnt work for me, and i mashed it quite a bit. Granted, steam version here.

I will try it out with retail version tonight.

Console opens but most of the commands are not working. We need to change something/value in order to use commands.

I read somewhere that the devs, removed the devconsole, so only console left to play around with is the debug console.

Can someone explain this for me in Dutch?

Kan iemand dit voor mij uitleggen in het Nederlands?

When I start up Dishonored I see Steam saying: starting Dishonored, then I press ~ 100000 times until the main menu where it says: press a key to continue. But nothing! Someone help me!


Als ik Dishonored opstart dan zegt Steam: opstarten van Dishonored. Daarna druk ik wel 100000 keer op ~ tot het hoofdmenu waar er staat: press a key to contiue. Maar ik zie niks van een console of iets dergelijk! Help mij!

Please help me!

Kun je mij helpen? In het Nederlands en tot wanneer ik ~ in moet drukken of klikken?
