I am having problems with 1.7.7 trainer unencumbered is not working so I was wondering if there was something wrong with the trainer or is numpad 8 not working

if all your other trainer options work fine then it may be your keyboard. the CH trainer manager lets you customize hot-keys for certain trainers. im not sure if this trainer is compatible with that option but its worth a try

Of course, if you don't want to go through all that trouble, thankfully the developers of this game included a gigantic list of console commands that let you cheat to your heart's content.
Try this command to change your encumbrance:

player.forceav carryweight 10000

To open the command console in-game, press the ~ key (usually in the top left corner of keyboard under ESC key and left of the 1/! key)
The value I placed in this command (10,000) should be quite enough to solve your issue, but if you feel it is too little or too much, you can change this value to any number you want

Did you censor the thread's title or was it automatically censored?

its auto-censored, and thread title censors are separate from post censors, that's why it does not censor the word in a post

I see. I just find it kinda funny that those three letters were censored even though they are part of a bigger word.
