Stupid bitdefender now keeps deleting the trainer as it thinks its a virus but it doesn't delete other trainers :\

Any1 else has bitdefender and a way around this problem?

Yep, Bitdefender doesn't like my trainers. Disable realtime protection, download trainer and add it to your AV exception list.

level up? there's a daily limit of EXP you can achieve. Generally the best way is to play different games, like career, FUT, season, on-line, train and win with team of the week, or finish achievement in EASFC, like beating Sevilla with FCB with 0:2 result (just like in real life)
