Never played the original, but played the very nearly game Hostile Waters. No demo at mo, so cant play around with what cheating can be done. But usual health, ammo, resouces would be the things most needed.

Played the beta, game was quite good even for a early beta version.

Also as a small notice the 1.02 patch is out alongside with the main game.

* Save game corruption bug fixed.
* Improved stability.
* Various Walrus AI improvements.
* Numerous Localization fixes
* Various campaign script fixes and improvements.

(There's a Steam version as well, those using the BI Store - like me - will also get a Steam key later today according to the email I got about this game being released.)

I didn't read anything in the release mail itself about a Steam key, yet I know of it.
I was hoping they're give it to us already.

We pre-ordered the game, we should be able to pre-load it at least before new purchasers get the chance to download and play it
(BI's store download is really terrible and I can't download from there faster than with dialup speeds)


EDIT: Well, I was finally able to download from the BI store.
Also I forgot that there were 2 versions to choose from, normal one and a double one that also came with a Steam key for a second copy. (And I didn't bother with the double one)

I used to play this way-back-when. I only found out about the remake the day it comes out, no waiting hurrah!

Trainer for unlimited ressources on ship, fuel, armor and ammo of vehicles would be awesome...

can't wait to see what kind of trainer the guys roll out for this one.
all the standard stuff would be nice, but I would love to see something really cool.

once in a while they do that. put in a cheat that is not just the standard "unlimited this, instant that"
like the naval battle cheats in napoleon total war
