Ive browsed the different topics on here, but noone have confirmed if either of these two flag your character. So could someone please do that ? I´m basicly only going to use the gold part in it, so that i can gamble to my hearts content for chance of good loot. But first I want to be sure it wont flag me.

It doesn't.
But I don't really see why it would change anything if it did flag you.
Not like you won't be able to mod yourself all the gear you want anyway.

would be nice to know exactly what functions cause it. I'm not planning on playing online but i do want use of the shared stash but i'm afraid to use anything in the trainer because i don't want to be flagged.

If you don't want to be flagged as cheater, then don't cheat. Simple as that. Take ownership of your actions.
