I accidently used level up button and now i have like 4+ levels then i should be and game is much easier which is not fun. Is there any way to lower my level?

Same problem here. Lowering xp with CE doesn't do the trick. Lowering level with CE prevent any further levelling. Either start a new game or rush through the story missions until you reach areas with stronger enemies. I restarted and took a different character while I was at it.

And is there any way to lower exp in current level? So i wont progress for some time and keep on this level longer.

there's nothing you can do in game to fix it but you could get a save editor which will do what you wont
