they took out the feature where you can make your own spells and postions

i have the same problem on one of my profiles and cant figure it out. turncoat4 and beserk4 dont upgrade and i need it for another cheat(the fountain of youth in the ransom victim quest) i mean i even have about 600,000 exp and they just dont up no matter what i try
